1. Free Cancellation (Before 24 Hours)

You can cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the check-in time.

  • Eligible cancellations will be processed according to the property’s refund policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be returned to your original payment method.
  • This allows travelers to plan with flexibility while respecting provider policies.

2. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not automatically eligible for cancellation through the system.

In such cases, you must contact our support team directly for assistance.

Depending on the property’s policy, late cancellations may:

  • Incur partial charges
  • Be non-refundable
  • Require special approval from the provider

3. How to Cancel a Booking

You can cancel your booking in two ways:
